WHAT kind of TEAM dynamics do you see?? the presentation was great because of the work of a FEW people in the team...the others are just leeching on whosoever who's doing the job..isn't it a TEAM effort?? if so...then why can some people NOT attend meetings everytime we have one?? is this considered a responsible behaviour?? come on! Ian knows what has been going on..he knows we're putting up with it and still working on the project like as though it would be fine without you...but its the TEAM effort that prof is looking at...7 men team becomes 5-6 cuz some people are missing?? because some people are not being updated about what has been going on during the meetings?? because he/she didn't give any suggestions during the discussions?? eventually its your grades that suffers...NOT MINE!
& i feel you people should just trust us to do a good job tomorrow...coming up with a lesson plan is a great idea! its not that we do not want to do it...but it is because i personally feel we wouldn't follow according to the plan cuz we're working with disabled kids here! timings will change! they're DYSFUNCTIONAL!! not FUNCTIONAL!! so you can't FIX a specific time for them to DO things...especially since we're teaching them to paint!
it requires lots of patience and time to be working with these kids and putting a time frame to it will only hinder the process of interaction with them as well as the time for them to develop that creativity..
i see your point...that you're afraid we ain't able to complete the whole lesson within 1 hour...it is a short time...BUT if you expect us to complete so many things within that period we're given...i wouldn't say that its impossible until we have tried it out tomorrow..i'll try though..
can't believe this is happening...like WHY is melinda making a big fuss out of a small problem of coming up with a lesson plan??
you've got to understand that its because after I came up with what we were going to do for day one...then i said.."okie...so carry on...wat do you intend to do??" and she said.."huh?? but we have to wait and see where you all have left off wat..." GAWD!!! how pissed off can i get then?!?!?! i came up with the plan for 1st day and you didn't want to continue?? are you saying that we WOULDN'T be able to stick to the planned time?? THEN WHY in the FIRST PLACE did you get us to come up with it?!?!?!?!
this is seriously getting nowhere...every meeting, someone is bound to be drifting off somewhere into their la~la~land..somehow sometime, we will all be doing our own personal stuff cuz there is NO CONCRETE agenda for our meetings! what kinda DYNAMIC TEAM do you call that?!?!?!
:( utterly dissapointed in the team..its a failure that we have to act upon..its something that we must as a team sit down to talk about..WE MUST!
