i feel like some sh*t..
i can't even explain my point in front of my team..
so stupid!
when i know something is wrong, i just can't get it through to them all because i dunnoe how to go about doing it..
UNTIL..
everyone got so frustrated and pissed off..
& we wasted 2 hours doing our best to explain our points to each other!
how productive was that?
& PLEASE DON'T DEBUNK WHAT MEL SAYS!!!
most of the time, what she says makes a point and HELPS in everyway..just that she doesn't know how to effectively put it across to you people!!!
give her a chance..
don't place her in the out group..
cuz mel's a thinking person..
so she'll think of ideas that you people have not thought before..
& there's no qualms about her being able to SPOT ERRORS IN OUR CONTENT!!
so can't you give her a chance to talk??
must someone always cut her in when she's in the midst of talking??
