my life with seniors in class..
for a moment, i tot having to work with seniors in class is a good experience, in fact, i only found out i was wrong yesterday...
bidding for an env sci module was a right decision to begin with..with the knowledge still fresh in our heads, fio, dawn and i began to embark on our lil journey towards env sci..lil did we know, instead of learning from our seniors the very basics of presentation, we did better than them..
reading from cue cards was a NO NO for us..YET some seniors placed their cue cards on the table and read it TO THE TABLE?!! *gosh..i sat there and i totally lost interest in their presentation except for the one on coal...
& where was that element on creativity??
so..you may ask, just what had the seniors taught me yesterday??
- to speak with lotsa confidence and stand firm
- to speak to the AUDIENCE
- to start off with something creative that excites your audience
- to ASK STUPID questions and get STUPID answers
- to say.."wAh! don't act smart if you're not lar.." to put their juniors down..
what kind of seniors do we have? just judge for yourself..it has been tough working with them during these few weeks..but luckily for me..there's only 24 more days left(:
I guess everything sparked off from the time prof said.."oOo..so now the seniors are learning from the juniors.." because the few of us sitting back there in class kept answering her questions..NOW you see...if we didn't, where would our participation points be?? and of course because no one knew the answers, we answered prof...WAS that WRONG??
its so childish for them to do that..to make that sarcastic comment when we made a mistake..
we ARE HUMAN! so naturally one will make mistakes..wats more was that we learnt from prof and found out our error...JUST HOW CHILDISH was you to MOCK us??
