omg! sickening~
thought i could accept the tuition assignment and start teaching on saturday when the tutor in charge was asking me about this and that, not coming straight to the point!
all you needed to ask was my commitment level and yet you went one BIG circle to speak your mind! WTH!!!~ i'm pissed!!!! being interrogated with questions like.."what if you have another assignment in serangoon at $25/hr? will you take it up??" LIKE DUH!!! why not?? its an additional income for me! BUT what's more important is my passion for the subject that i'm teaching...come on...you're talking to a person of integrity and principles...I can jolly well just take my pay for the 1st month and STOP teaching, leaving you to source for another tutor...but i'm not such a person!! if you don't trust me then what's the point of me working for your agency!! More importantly, if you've already made me so frustrated with your talking rounds in circles, then why should i go ahead and take up your assignment to let you earn that extra commission?? COME ON! i'm a undergrad and of course i understood the terms and conditions plus fee structure!!
you were asking then why i would take up an assignment that pays me so little?? why then do you not pay the tutor by the market rate??? and if tutors were to tell you that they are interested in an assignment, it OBVIOUSLY means that they fully understood that we will be paid that much if we only had one student!! come on!!! WE ARE MATH TUTORS and we OBVIOUSLY know our sums better than you!!!!!!!!!!!!
sick!!!!!! i dislike your attitude and i'm not going to take up your assignment...you can go ahead and give it to someone else whom you think will be committed to it and will still continue teaching if they are being paid only $12.50/hr for one student and not $25/hr...they should know it is a huge 50% cut from a normal home tuition rate!
please...don't come crying to me for help if you can't find any tutor to take up your assignment Ms YAYA!!!
